Our Farm

What do your donkeys do?

– Everyone who visits

Our 3 mini donkeys do a lot.  As do our 5 goats, 6 chickens, 2 dogs and 3 cats, and now 2 Kune-Kune herbivore lady pigs.  Besides being utterly cute and super friendly, everyone contributes on our farm & vineyard.  When one of our wines match their personality or style, they get a wine named after them!

She lives up to her name!

Soleil, a tan goat with a green collar

Soleil

Always has a sunny disposition. Our rescue goat Soleil graces our Albarino with this regal pose.

Wiley, a white and gray tabby cat

Wiley

He is a carbonic soul. He is the star of our Carbonic Carignan.

Our goats chabi and chou, named after our favorite cheese

Chabi & Chou

Name after a favorite goat cheese Chabichou, Chabi & Chou are the reason we have Pinot Meunier (we purchased our goats from the Hopkins family who coincidentally farm Pinot Meunier). Sadly, Chabi passed away in 2022 but her spirit remains.  In 2022, our block of Pinot Meunier on the Hopkins Vineyard was renamed Chabichou in her honor.
