WWTX23 will be held April 23 at Nixta Taqueria (industry day: April 24) in East Austin and will feature 75+ international artisan’s who produce natural wines, coolship beers, organic ciders, and fermented foods. All participant’s must practice spontaneous fermentation (save some brewer’s).
